How long does delivery take?
Our packages have an average delivery time of:

At Jennes Moda, we are committed to sustainability. Rather than shipping small, individual orders daily, we collect and ship in bulk once a minimum threshold is met. This reduces our environmental impact, and we appreciate your support in building a healthier planet.
What are your return policies?
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Once the item is received in good condition, we will refund your full order amount, including initial shipping costs.

- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
- If items are damaged or show excessive use, a depreciation deduction may apply.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please email info@jennesmoda.com with "Cancel" and your order number in the subject line.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How much are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free standard shipping to customers in the UK and US.
Where is my package?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order is split into multiple parcels, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It may take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update tracking details. We appreciate your patience.
