At Jennes Moda, we want you to feel confident every time you place an order. If something is not quite right, our return process is clear, fair, and designed with your comfort in mind.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging included
Items that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email info@jennesmoda.com and include your order number in your message. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Jennes Moda cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, simply let us know in your email request. Exchanges are subject to item availability and will be handled as quickly as possible once your return is received.
Refund Processing
Once your returned items arrive and pass inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer before the funds appear in your account.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. The amount refunded will reflect the returned items only.
